Welcome in the Kitchen of the Villa de Labruguière Lacoste, to its French Pastry Workshops and its Table d'Hôtes !

Cooking and pastry workshops

During your stay in our place, take a time to discover and try local and famous French pastries recipes. 

You will enjoy an easy to understand and lively training leads by Sinsay a former pastry chef. He will welcome you in the kitchen of the Villa for about 3-4 hours

 workshops to make with you cakes, tarts or ice cream...

No worry, Sinsay is used to work with all kind of nationalities. He is fluent in english and of course could explain everything in very simple french words too. 

When you will have done all kind of great sweets, we will taste the pastries you have made at tea time with a cup of coffee or tea !

Pastry workshop (3h)   :

From 50 euros / person 

Minimum 2 persons 

Workshop example :

- Chouquettes, cream puffs and chocolate éclairs

- Strawberry tart and apple tart

- Zezettes from Sète, Oreillettes, fougasse from Aigues-Mortes

- Pithiviers and tarte Tatin...

To book a workshop with us, please kindly ask for it in advance and at least 5 days before hand as we have to organize it with the kitchen availability.

Table d'Hotes meal and half-board dining

Enjoy our family run cuisine, its fine food, gourmet and home-made. Our family meals are always cooked with passion and love.

Experience during a very pleasant diner some Languedoc-Roussillon local dishes, filled with the bright sun of south of France and the fabulous herbs of Provence we grow in the garden of our Villa. 

On previous demand we propose every evening a 4 courses  menu based on seasonal products. Depending on the day and the guests choice we will prepare a vegetarian meal or a French traditional one.

Diners are held on the open-air terrace or in the vaulted dining room, in a warm and friendly relaxing athmosphere.

Vegetarian meal 27 euros / person

Traditional meal 32 euros / person

50% discount for kids under 11 y.o.  

Please, kindly book our table d'hotes beforehand and at least 2 days in advance. The meal will be the same for all the table.
